  • What are your rates and service fees?
    We offer affordable rates with no hidden fees. Our base rate is $90 per hour with a 4 hour minimum OR $120 per hour for a 2 hour minimum. We also provide quotes for projects like remodeling, installations etc. Our service fee covers travel to your location within our covered zip codes.
  • Do you offer emergency or after hours repair services?
    Yes, we provide emergency handyman services 24/7 to get your home back in working order. Our after hours and weekend rates are an additional $25 per hour. Give us a call anytime if you have an urgent issue like a plumbing leak or electrical failure.
  • What areas do you service?
    We are conveniently located in Pasadena and service all neighborhoods within the city plus surrounding areas including San Marino, Highland Park, Arcadia, Altadena, South Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge and more within a 20 mile radius.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. 50% deposit may be required upfront for larger remodeling projects before supplying materials and starting work.
  • Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
    Yes, all Pasadena Pro Handyman technicians are trained professionals, licensed, bonded, fully insured with general liability and workers compensation policies to protect both our crew and your home.
  • Can you provide references or previous work examples?
    Yes, happy to! We also have before/after project photos and testimonials available upon request. Please reach out for samples of our past work.
  • How far in advance should I schedule?
    For most routine handyman projects, we recommend scheduling 3-4 days in advance to best allocate our technicians and secure your preferred appointment times. Bigger remodeling projects may need 2 weeks advance notice. Just give us a call or book online!
  • Do I need to be home during service?
    We only need access to the property, you don't need to be present during the service. However, for some larger consultation-heavy remodels or installations, we may need some homeowner input at certain check-ins. It is recommended to have either you or an adult you trust inspect the final work for your satisfaction.
  • What happens if I’m not satisfied?
    Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please let us know if any issues arise, and we will work quickly to remedy the situation to your standards. We stand behind all our work with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Just contact us!
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    Yes, we offer 10% off to senior citizens 62 and older and military veterans. Please ask about this discount at time of booking. We also periodically have new customer promotions and referral programs - sign up on our website!

Política de cancelación

Entendemos que ocurren cambios inesperados de horario. Si necesita reprogramar o cancelar su cita, notifíquenos al menos 48 horas antes de la hora de servicio programada.

Para cancelaciones con menos de 48 horas de antelación, se aplicará un cargo de cancelación equivalente al 50% de la cotización o tarifa de la primera hora. lLas cancelaciones de último minuto son un desafío para nuestra pequeña empresa. Al avisarnos con 2 días de antelación, podemos reasignar técnicos y evitar cargos por servicio.

Las cancelaciones de emergencia debido a emergencias familiares, problemas de salud, etc. se manejarán con compasión caso por caso.
